What happens if my flight is delayed?
Tell CaribeRide on WhatsApp about a delay or early arrival and include your reservation number so we can coordinate pickup.
How do I book a Punta Cana airport transfer?
Use our quote form to choose pickup, destination, passengers and vehicle, then add the travel date and your contact details. Flight number and pickup time are optional and can be shared before your trip. After submitting, you will see your reservation number on screen. If the email does not arrive, keep the number and contact us on WhatsApp.
Where will my driver meet me at Punta Cana Airport (PUJ)?
After collecting your luggage and passing customs, go to the arrivals exit. Confirm the exact meeting point and driver details with CaribeRide before your trip. If you have not received those details, contact us on WhatsApp with your reservation number. Do not follow people who approach you inside the airport unless CaribeRide has identified them to you.
How much luggage can I bring?
Luggage capacity depends on the selected vehicle and number of passengers. Tell us in advance about oversized bags, golf clubs, wheelchairs or other special items.
What is included in the displayed price?
The confirmed price includes the private vehicle, driver, applicable taxes and road tolls for the agreed route. Optional stops, route changes, extra waiting or unlisted services may cost extra.
How can I pay for my reservation?
Requesting a booking does not charge you. If the price is confirmed, you can use the secure online payment link in your booking details or email. Contact CaribeRide if you need another payment option; your booking shows whether payment is pending or recorded.
